微波合成环氧环己烷的研究

摘  要:以过碳酸钠为环氧化剂,研究了反应方式、投料比、反应时间等因素对环氧环己烷收率的影响.结果表明,合成环氧环己烷的理想工艺条件为:选用醋酐/二氯甲烷为反应介质,过碳酸钠与醋酐的投料比为1∶1,微波功率为50 W时,滴加醋酐,温度控制在40℃以下,微波催化诱导30 m in,产品收率为78.3%,纯度达到97%.The synthesis method for eyclohexene oxide was introduced in this paper. The effects of charge ratio,reaction time, and microwave inducement on the yield of cyclohexene oxide were studied. The research demonstrated that the better conditions for synthesizing cyclohexene oxide were as follows:the reaction medium is acetic anhydride/dichloromethane, the molar ratio of sodium percarbonate to acetic anhydride is 1: 1, microwave power is 50 W, the temperature is under 40℃ ,the dropping reaction time and additional reaction time are 30 min and 3 h,respectively, while the reaction in the existing microwave should be held for 30 min. The results of analyzing show that the yield is 78.3% ,and the purity of cyclohexene oxide is 97%.
