高岭土超细离心分级的试验研究

摘　　要：采用离心分级机对高岭土进行了超细分级试验研究，结果表明：给料浓度和分离因数对分级性能有十分重要的影响，一般进料浓度10％-20％为宜，最佳分离因素为950左右，在以上试验条件范围内，分级溢流中-2μm粒级含量可达85％以上，达到了刮刀涂料的粒度要求．The experiment of superfine classification to Kaolin using centrifugal grader has been carried out. The research shows the noticeable influence of inlet material density and separator factor on the classification. The suitable inlet material density is 10% -20% and the optimum separator factor is about 950. The granularity content of 2 μm which reached that of the scraper- coating kaolin can obtain above 85% under the experimental conditions.
