摘 要:在稀硝酸介质中,铀能催化过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B褪色的反应,据此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铀的新方法.实验测得反应体系的最大吸收波长入max为556nm,并求得反应体系的表观活化能Ea=21.76kJ/mol,表观速度常数K=6.07×10^-4S^-1,摩尔吸光系数ε=2.47×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1.方法的线性范围为1.7-12.0ug/25mL,检出限为2.95×10^-8g/mL.应用该方法测定了合成废水中的铀,结果满意.A new kinetic method for determination of trace uranium (Ⅵ)has been developed, based on the catalytic effect of uranium ( Ⅵ ) on the discoloring reaction of Rhodamine B oxidated by Hydrogen peroxide in nitric acid medium. The influencing factors of the system and the optimum conditions for determination of uranium were investigated in details,and the results showed that the maximum wavelength of absorbance was located at 556 nm, the apparent activation energy Ea was 21.76 kJ/mol, the apparent rate was 6.07 × 10^-4S^-1. The linear range was between 1.7 and 12 ug/25mL,the molar absorptivity ε = 2.47 × 10^5 L · mol ^-1 . cm^- 1, and the detection limit is 2.95 × 10 ^-8 g/mL. The method was used to determine uranium( Ⅵ ) in synthetic waste water samples with satisfactory resuits.
