我国利用外商直接投资结构的实证分析

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国在利用外商直接投资方面取得了较大进步,但是还存在一些问题,特别是结构方面。本文则是从利用方式、国家或地区来源、地区分布、产业分布等四个方面分析我国利用FD I的结构,最后提出了相关的建议。China has made great progress in utilizing FDI since the reform and opening - up, but there are some problems in utilizing FDI, especially the structure of utilizing FDI. This paper analyzes the structure of utilizing FDI from four aspects, namely the mode, the resource countries, regional distribution and industry distribution. Finally this paper presents some relative suggestions.
