摘　　要：主要介绍了小波变换和PCNN的基本原理,结合它们在图像处理中的应用,比较说明了小波变换和PCNN各自的优缺点.通过分析表明,将小波变换和PCNN技术相结合在图像处理中会产生更好的效果.The basic principles of wavelet transform and PCNN are first introduced. Combining their applications in the image processing, we analyze their advantages and drawbacks respectively. From the analysis, it is concluded that we will get better effects if we combine the two techniques together in the image processing.
