摘 要:目的研究Cu在玉米体内的迁移与累积。方法采取自植玉米,分为对照区和污染区,对污染区的玉米人为施加模拟污水,分别采集污染玉米和对照玉米在不同生长期的不同部位作为样品进行Cu元素含量分析。结果Cu元素在玉米各部位的平均累积量M=mCu(Ex)/mCu(CK)值为:根(M=2.29)>茎节(M=1.55)>茎(M=1.18)>籽实(M=1.15)>叶(M=1.05)。结论污染区玉米成熟后籽实中重金属Cu元素的含量很小,没有超标,可以食用。而根部含量很高,为净化土壤中重金属Cu元素污染提供了新的方法。Aim To investigate the transfer and cumulate conditions of copper in corn. Methods Self planted corns were divided into contrastive area(CK) and polluted area(Ex). The polluted area was irrigated with simulative waste water, to collect different positions in different growing period as samples in polluted corn and contrast ive corn respectively to analyze copper content. Results The results of experiments indicate the sequence of cumulate copper in corn; root( M =2.29)〉joint of stem ( M = 1.55):〉steha( M =1.18) 〉corn grains( M = 1. 15) 〉leaves( M =1.05) ,where M = mcw(Ex) / mcu(ck). Conclusion The content of copper in corn grain is very little in the ripe corn growing the polluted area, is lower than the national standard and it is edible. Whereas the content of Cu is higher in the root than aerial parts, it is a good method for purifying the pollution of copper in the soil and wastewater contain Cu is used to irrigate corn.
