用触发式测头实现工件在线监控

摘　　要：以牙轮牙掌为例,研究了如何用触发式测头实现工件在线监控,并开发了相应的监控系统。实现了工件测量、数据处理、误差校正控制和加工一体化,大大提高了加工中心生产率和工件加工精度,降低了废品率。The thesis researches on the technology of on - line inspecting and controlling of workpieces with touch trigger probes. Giving an example of the palm of roller bits, the computer aided system has been developed, which could be used for on -line monitoring in the NC machining cycle. Integrated with such functions like workpiece inspecting, data processing and error repairing in an machining center, its machining productivity, the precision rate have been improved greatly, and the waster has been decreased.
