摘　　要：介绍了太阳集热器热性能测试系统中流量的特点,给出了复杂情况下流量的高精度测量与控制方法,包括控制回路及控制方案、硬件设计、软件设计等部分。具体说明了采用变频器,并利用PID算法,结合数值处理,最终将流量稳定在设定值的±1%以内。The article presents the flux characters in the testing system for solar collectors and domestic heating system.And then introduces a method of measurement and control for the small given flux with high accuracy. The characters of the controlled-circle,the scheme,the designing of the hardware and the software is discuSsed.High accuracy is able to be maintained within ±1% by converter,numerical filtering and PID control.
