摘 要:大唐湘潭发电有限责任公司3号600 MW超临界机组在起动调试过程中,多次出现主蒸汽温度偏高的问题,分析认为其主要原因是燃烧热负荷小、蒸汽流量小、炉膛负压低、给水温度低、减温水与主蒸汽压差偏小等。对此采取以下措施:(1)加大燃油量到(18~24)t/h,增加燃烧热负荷;(2)炉膛负压控制在-600 Pa,增加油枪的根部风;(3)锅炉总风量控制在(500~550)km3/h,改善燃烧;(4)提高给水流量至(410~450)t/h,提高给水温度至90℃以上。实施后效果良好。During the process of commision debugging of 600 MW supercritical unit no.3 in Datang Xiangtan Power-Generation Co Ltd,problems of unexpected higher main steam temperature had repeatedly appeared.Through analysis,it is believed that the main causes are: small heat load of combustion,low flow rate of steam, low negative pressure in the furnace,low temperature of the feed-water,small deviation of differential pressure between desuperheating water and main steam etc..For these,the adopted measures are as follows:(1) to enhance flow rate of the fuel oil to 8-24 t/h for increasing the heat load of combustion;(2) to control negative pressure in the furnace at-600 Pa,for increasing air flow at the root of oil guns;(3) to control total air flow of the boiler in the range of 500~550 km^3/h for improving the combustion;(4) to enhance the flow rate of feed-water to 410~450 t/h,and enhancing the temperature of feed-water to above 90 ℃.After implementation,the problem of unexpected higher main steam temperature during the time of rotation-impulsing has been solved.
