摘　　要：信用水平的严重滑坡已构成经济与社会顺利发展的重大障碍,信用不良正在从根子上腐蚀着我们国家的经济、社会和国民,长此以往,后果不堪设想;强化信用观念的灌输与培育,建立完善的规则和信用管理体系,完善法规与健全监督制约机制是当前之要务。The decline of credibility has posed a great obstacle to the social and economic development and ill credibility is corrupting the people＇ s mind, economy and society from the root, which will cause the dreadful consequences if not controlled. So it is of great necessity to enhance the training of credibility sense, to establish perfect program and credit systems and to improve laws and regulations and supervising system as well.
