摘　　要：文章回顾了高校学报近百年的发展历程,认为高校学报已经进入了一个新的繁荣发展时期。主要有四点：第一,是知识经济的必然要求；第二,大力发展繁荣哲学社会科学为高校学报的发展创造了机遇；第三,是高等教育改革的内在要求；第四,高校学报编辑学的研究为学报的繁荣发展做了理论和思想上的准备。The present paper has reviewed a nearly-century development of journals in colleges and universities, pointing out that the development is due to： the requirement of knowledge-based economy, the popularity of social philosophy, the reform of higher education, and the development of the study of journals in colleges and universities.
