摘 要:为满足当前产品数据管理系统对异构编码规则的适应性及信息交换的需求,采用本体方法、Web服务技术,研究实现面向产品数据管理系统的产品编码中间件。日趋复杂的产品数据要求编码模型具有更为强大的描述能力和跨组织的融合及互操作。针对该问题,提出了基于本体的编码模型,并重点讨论码段关联;提出了流水域空间的概念,用于规约流水码值的生成,同时讨论垃圾值回收策略,以解决企业中对废弃流水码值如何进行重用的问题;提出了基于索引的数据存取机制,以保证在编码数据存储量比较大的情况下系统的存储效率。所提出的模型已应用于航天飞行器协同设计系统3.0版中,取得了较好的效果。To satisfy requirements on adaptability of Product Data Management (PDM) systems to heterogeneous coding rules and information exchange, ontology methodology and Web service technology were adopted to study and realized PDM-oriented product coding middleware. The increasingly complicated product data system requires more powerful description capability and cross-organizations' amalgamation and interoperability. To deal with this problem, an ontology-based coding recta-model was proposed, and correlations among code fields were discussed particularly. Furthermore, the idea of sequence value domain was defined to regulate the generation of sequence value. At the same time, key points underlying the system framework were explored, which included the concept of domain and a reclaimed strategy of trashed value according to the assembly code field. Index- based data access mechanism was used to guarantee the efficiency of the whole system. The rationale of the implemented framework was manifested by its successful application in a practical enterprise PDM system, Aerospace Vehicle Integrated De sign Manufacture (AVIDM) 3.0.
