安顺产半夏化学成分的研究

摘　　要：本文对半夏化学成分进行研究。采用乙醇溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析分离,经过光谱分析鉴定其结构。分离,鉴定了7个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、琥珀酸(Ⅲ)、4-氨基丁酸(Ⅳ)、丙氨酸(Ⅴ)、棕榈酸(Ⅵ)、棕榈酰胺(Ⅶ)。其中Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ首次从该植物中分离得到。To study the chemical constituents of Pinellia ternate（Thunb. ） Breit. , the compounds were separated by chromatography on silica gel from the ethanol extracts. Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β - sitosterol （ Ⅰ ）, daucosterol（ Ⅱ ）, succinic acid（ Ⅲ ）, 4 - aminobutyric acid（ Ⅳ ）, alanine（ Ⅴ ）, palmitic acid（ Ⅵ ）, palmitic amide（Ⅶ）. In which compounds Ⅳ Ⅴ and Ⅶ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
