二种贵州特有植物的种子繁殖与育苗技术研究

摘　　要：通过对2种贵州特有植物的种子繁殖与育苗试验，结果表明：贵州石笔木种子在自然条件下当年不出苗，但在20～25℃温度、湿度80～90％条件处理下，43d后即可萌发出苗率迭67％，贵州槭种子翌年3月播种，播前用水浸泡24h，出苗率达76％，缩短出苗时间。苗木移栽宜阴天进行，加强水肥管理。病虫害防治，2种贵州特有植物一年生苗可高达50cm。The propagation and seedling raising of two peculiar plants in Guizhou were tested. The results show that the seed of Tutcheria Kweiehowensis Chang cannot sprout in natural condition, but can sprout after 43 days with the emergence rate of 67% in the condition of temperature 20 -25 ℃, and humidity 80 - 90%. And Acer guizhooensis was sowed in March of the next year. The sprouting time will he shortened with the emergence rate of 76% in the condition of soaking the seed in water for 24 hours before sowing. Transplanting should be carried out in overcast day. The management of water and fertilizer, and the prevention and cure for disease and insect damage should he strengthened. In this condition, the one - year＇ s seedling of the two peculiar plants can grow higher to 50cm.
