摘　　要：现代航海技术如GM DSS、ECD IS、VTS、A IS等的运用给航管人员带来极大方便,同时也对望产生影响。分析现代航海技术对瞭望的影响,并提出一些预防措施,以提高望水平,确保航行安全。The modern marine technique brought mankind tremendous convenience,such as GMDSS, ECDIS, VTS; AIS system waits an Usage, also would to lookout creation influence. In the paper,it analyzes model marine： technique which effect lookout, puts forward some prevention counter measures,in order to improve the level of lookout, ensure the safety of sailing at sea.
