摘　　要：船舶留置权是债权担保的主要方式之一,阐述船舶留置权的概念、特征及修船实务中行使船舶留置权的几个法律问题。Ship＇s possessory lien is an important legai regime in maritime law and may effectively protect the rights of creditor.This article discusses the concept and characteristies of possessory lien,and generalizes legal problems in repair of ships.
