摘 要:目的:观察雄性金黄地鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质的四季变化,探索肾主生殖“通于冬气”的机制。方法:分别于春分、夏至、秋分、冬至分离金黄地鼠下丘脑组织,采用高效液相色谱-电化学法检测下丘脑NE、DA、HVA、5-HT、5-HIAA等的含量。结果:下丘脑NE含量在冬、春季较低,夏、秋季较高,与性腺功能的四季变化趋势相似;下丘脑5-HT及其代谢产物5-HIAA含量则显示为冬、春季明显高于夏、秋季的变化趋势,与性腺功能的四季变化趋势相反。结论:在性腺功能随季节变化的过程中,下丘脑NE可能起着调节作用,下丘脑5-HT可能主要起抑制作用。Objective: To probe into the mechanism of kidney responding to winter (seasonal changes reproduction) by investigating the seasonal changes of monoamine neurotransmitter and their metabolites golden hamster hypothalamus Methods: To measure norepinephrine ( NE ), dopamine ( DA ), in in 5- hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 5-hydroxy-3-indoleacetic acid (5-HIAA), homovanillic acid (HVA) in golden hamster hypothalamus gotten on Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumnal Equinox and Winter Solstice by high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detector. Results:The level of NE was lower in winter and spring than in summer and autumn, and showed the same tendency with the seasonal changes of reproduction.The level of 5-HT and 5-HIAA was higher in winter and spring than in summer and autumn, which showed a contrary tendency with the seasonal changes of reproduction. Conclusion : It is possible that NE in hypothalamus adjusts or controls the seasonal changes of reproduction, and 5-HT plays inhibiting action in seasonal changes of reoroduction.
