摘  要:目的提取分离赤芍药材中的赤芍总苷。方法使用膜分离及大孔树脂吸附方法,提取、分离、纯化赤芍总苷。结果提取得到的赤芍总苷,其总苷含量以芍药苷计达85%以上;其中芍药苷含量可达75%。结论采用膜分离及大孔树脂吸附技术,提取分离、纯化赤芍总苷,方法可行。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of versulin on the recovery of the function of ischemic retina of rats. METHOD Thirty rat retina ischemia models were made by artery ligation, divided into a treatment group of 20 rats treated with injected versulin and a control group of 10 rats treated with injected DMSO. Visual electric physiograph was used to examine the recovery of the function of retina. RESULT The retina function recovery in the treatment group was markedly more satisfactory than the control group ( P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Versulin can promote the recovery of the function of ischemic retina of rats.
