摘　　要：在治泻九法中,李中梓将淡渗法列在第一,为治泻九法中最平易的一法,作用原理主要是利小便以实大便,主要适用于水湿壅盛、困脾伤中所致的水湿泄泻。该法运用要点有三:①明宜忌———淡渗不可妄投,违者气液两伤;②知分寸———淡渗不可太过,过则津伤阳陷;③善兼施———淡渗健脾,相辅相成。Li Zhongzi put treatment for diarrhea with bland drugs at the first place in the nine purgative methods for diarrhea, It＇s a method commonly employed in treating diarrhea and edema caused by accumulation of pathogenic dampness, with the action mcchanism of using tasteless diuretics to eliminate dampness through urination. There are three principles for the application of the method： 1. knowing the contraindication, bland drugs can＇t be abused, otherwise, the vital qi and body will be damaged. 2. awareness of propriety： excessive purgation will make profuse fluid impair yang-qi. 3. ecodination of purgation and tonification： purgation and spleen invigoration should be conducted at the same time.
