古尼虫草Cordyceps gunnii无性型菌丝体中天然VE提取工艺研究

摘　　要：首次报道了从古尼虫草Cordyceps gunnii(Berk.)Berk.无性型,古尼拟青霉P.gunnii菌菌丝体中提取VE的条件。研究结果表明,VE提取的最佳方案是,用无水乙醇作为提取剂,提取时间90分;石油醚为萃取剂,萃取时间为60分.在提取过程中加入VC和通入氮气进行保护十分重要.Conditions of extraction process of natural VE from the myeelia of P. gunnii were studied at the first time, the results showed that the best process of extracting VE are as follows：ethanol is as the solvent, the optimum time is about 90 minutes. Petroleum ether is as the extracting solvent, the optimum time is about 60 minutes. At the same time, VC and nitrogen gases as protective agents in the process are necessary.
