摘　　要：农村卫生院作为农村医疗卫生网中的一个重要环节,在农村卫生事业的发展中具有举足轻重的作用,通过调查发现,卫生院的状况不容乐观,普遍存在着硬件条件落后,人员结构不合理,学历、职称偏低,功能失衡和弱化的现象,很难满足农村居民日益增长的对医疗卫生服务的需求。要改善这种状况,政府部门要加大对乡镇卫生院的投入力度,城市各医院要加大对农村乡镇卫生院的对口支援力度,医学院校要立足农村医学人才需求的实际,有针对性地做好医学人才培养工作。As a key link in the town and countryside medical public health network, rural public health clinics paly an important role in the development of rural public health cause. Through the investigation, the situation of the public health clinics is not optimistic at all： the equipment is backward; the personnel structure is not reasonable; the schooling record and professional title of medical staff are relatively low; the function of the public health clinics is out of balance, etc. In this case, it＇s difficult for the public health clinics to satisfy the increasing demand of peasants on the public health. To improve the situation, government should invest more in the countryside and town public health clinics. The hospitals in urban areas should provide direct help to them. Based on the practical demand on the medical professionals in rural areas, medical colleges and universities should focus on the training of practical medical professionals.
