摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响因素。方法选取32例妊娠糖尿病和36例健康妊娠者作为研究对象,测定血清瘦素、血脂、葡萄糖耐量试验、胰岛素释放试验,计算胰岛素抵抗指数,采用多元线性逐步回归分析影响妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的因素。结果妊娠糖尿病患者瘦素、甘油三醋、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数比健康妊娠者明显升高,胰岛素抵抗指数与瘦素、怀孕前体重指数呈正相关。结论血清瘦素水平是影响妊娠糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的独立危险因子。OBJECTIVE The factors of insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were studied in this paper. METHODS The levels of leptin, OGTr, IRT, CPRT were determined in 32 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and 36 normal pregnantwomen. Insulin resistance index were calculated in this paper. The factors of insulin resistance inpatients with gestational diabetes were studied with multiple linear regression, RESULTS The levels of leptin, TQ insulin, insulin resistance index in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were significantly increased than those in normal pregnant women, The levels of leptinand BMI before pregnancy were positively correlative with insulin resistance index. CONCLUSION The level of leptin is the independent risk factor for insulin resistance of gestational diabetes mellitus.
