摘　　要：我科自1991年12月～1993年12月共对20例38足(?)外翻患者采用改良Kramer术矫形.患者年龄21～38岁,平均28.6岁,男3例,女17例,经对32足随访1～2年时间.评定手术疗效优级28足.良级4足.手术结果表明:经改良的Kramer术,较以往的(?)外翻矫形术.有操作简便、实用性强、足外观改善明显的优点.认为对(?)外翻的矫形应首先考虑采用改良的Kramer术.Thirty-eight out of 20 cases with hallux valgus were treated with an improved Kramer orthopedic opetration from December 1991 to December 1993. The patint's median age was 28. 6,range 21~38 years. 3 men and 17 women. The mean period of following-up was 1-2 years. 28 feet were excellent, 4 feet were good. It was proved that this method was easilier operated. Much practicale and owned better looking effect than other ways. It was suggested that this method might be the first choice for this disease.
