摘  要:选择云南楚雄克山病病区6~10岁儿童作为观察对象,分为四组;服硒蛋组,服普通鸡蛋组.服亚硒酸钠药片组及对照组,连续3年动态观察将胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性,结果表明:服硒蛋组全血GSH-PX活性显著增高,显著高于其它各组,服硒片组GSH-PX的活性也增高,与服普通鸡蛋组、对照组比有差异,但不如服硒蛋组明显。结果提示:病区长期服硒蛋和硒片都能提高全血GSH-Px的活性,但服硒蛋比单纯服硒片效果更好。A three-years study was carried out on the effects of selenium-rich eggs, sodium selenite tablets and egga on GSH-Px activity in blood of 6-10 year - old children in Chuxong County, Yunnan Province,China,a Keshan disease area. Our results showed that GSH-Px activities in blood of children taking selenium-rich eggs and sodium selenite tablets were significantly higher than those in sera from egg-taking group and control group. Furthermore, the GSH-Px activity in blood of children taking selenium-rich eggs was even higher than that of sodium selenite-taking group. It is suggested that taking selenium-rich eggs and sodium selenite for a long period of time for children in endemic area can increase the GSH-Px activity in blood. Moreover,selenium-rich eggs may be more effective than sodium selenite tablets in increasing GSH-Px activity in blood of children in Keshan disease areas.
