摘  要:在碘缺乏区7~14岁学龄儿童智商水平、甲肿调查的基础上对高中低智商水平的3组人群进行尿碘、甲状腺功能及尿、发样中F、SCN、Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Se、Mn9指标水平检测,研究碘缺乏区影响学龄儿童智商水平的非碘元素及其复合效应。结果表明:高、中、低智商水平的3组人群之间在Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg4元素水平上存在显著或极显著性差异,高智商组4元素水平高于低智商组人群.但存在地区性差异,茅山地区高智商组人群以高Zn、Ca水平低Se、Mn水平为特征,东昌地区则以较高水平的Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg为特征.提示:多元素复合效应影响着学龄儿童智商水平。Based on the data of IQ and goiter rate of school children aged 7 ̄14 in iodine deficiency areas,three groups of children were selected with high,moderate and low IQ levels,respectively,and their urinary iodine levels,function of thyroid gland and levels of F,SCN,Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca,Mg,Se,Mn in urine and hair were determined. Complex-effect of some trace elements on the IQ levels of school children in iodine deficiency areas was estimated. The results showed that there were significant differences in the levela of Zn,Cu,Ca, Mg among three groups. The levels of four elements were higher in high to group than in low IQ group. In addition,there was regional difference. The characteristic of high IQ group in Mao shan district is high levels of Zn,Ca,and low levels of Se,Mn and that in Dongchang district is high levels of Zn, Cu, Ca,Mg.
