摘  要:以嗜热脂肪杆菌肉汤接种于试验中的1号培养基,培养72小时芽胞形成率可达85%.以其制成的菌片分别贮存于4℃与室温1个月,菌数下降率分别为25.0%与84.6%.Culture and storing conditions of Bacillus stearothermophilus which was used for exam- ining the sterilization efficacy were studied.The results indicated that when the Bacillusstearothermophilus was inoculated on No, 1 medium which had a pH of 7.3 and had beendried for 48 hours at 56℃ before use, the spore formation rate could attain 8 5%. When thespore carriers were stored in 4℃ refrigerator,the bacterial count decreased by 25 % after 1month, while storage at room temperature caused decrease in bacterial count by 84.6% after 1month.
