优氯净泡腾消毒片的研制

摘　　要：以１份丁二酸与１．８份碳酸氢钠的混合物作泡腾剂．将二氯异氰尿酸钠：泡腾剂：润滑剂为２：７：１的混合粉末压制成片剂，每片重量为０．５ｇ．片剂在水中２分钟崩解，有效氯含量为５５～６６ｍｇ／片．以其含１００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液作用５分钟可完全杀灭细菌繁殖体，含６００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液作用３０分钟可完全杀灭类炭疽杆菌芽胞．A mixture of 1 part of butanedioic acidand 1.8 parts of sodium bicarbonate was usedas theeffervescent agent.The disinfectant tablet was pre-pared by pressing the mixed powder of sodiumdichloroisocyanurate,the effervescent agent and lu-bricating agent at a ratio of 2:7 : 1.Each tabletweighs about 0.59.The tablet disintegrated in water after 2 min,Its available chlorine content is 55 ～66 mg/tablet.Its solution containing availablechlorine 100 mg/Lwith a 5 minute contact timecould completely kill the vegetative forms of bacteria and a solution containing available chlorine 600mg/Lwith a 30 minute contact time could com-pletely kill the spores of Bacillus anthracoides.
