消毒擦手纸巾对手消毒效果的实验观察

摘　　要：检测表明，医护人员用所试消毒擦手纸巾（含洗必泰和乙醇为主）擦手２分钟，可将自然菌灭除９７．０％，擦拭３分钟的效果无明显提高．其效果与０．１％过氧乙酸棉球相似，优于７５％乙醇棉球．It was indicated in a trial that wipingthehands of doctors and nurses wjth thehand-disinfection tissue tested(containing mainlychlorhexidine and ethanol)for 2 min could elimi-nate 97.0% of the natural bacteria and wiping for 3min did not improve significantly the efficacy,Theefficacy was equal to that obtained with 0.1%peracetic acid cotton ball and better than that obtained with 75% ethanol cotton ball.
