摘　　要：By analyzing the traditional model of E-C （English-Chinese） translation teaching, this paper points out the shortcomings of this old model, and presents a brand-new task-based approach to E-C translation teaching which takes contrastive linguistics as a base and threads with the concept of text translation.本文通过对现有英译汉教学模式的分析，指出该教学模式的不足，并根据翻译教学的特殊性，提出了一种以对比语言学为基础、以篇章翻译为主线、自上而下的任务型英译汉教学模式。
