摘　　要：现阶段建设新农村面临公共品供给不足、城乡税制不统一、县乡债务负担过重、乡镇财政体制改革滞后的问题,需要从投资多元化、统一城乡税制、改革乡镇财政体制等方面给予解决。Problems in the current construction of new rural areas are short supply of public products, inconformity of tax between urban and rural areas, overburden of rural debt and backwardness of rural fiscal reform, solutions to these problems are investment variety, tax conformity between urban and rural areas, and rural fiscal reform.
