摘 要:目的:建立工作场所空气中锡的氢化物发生-原子荧光光度测定方法。方法:按照《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求进行实验室及现场实验。结果:本方法在5.6—300ng/ml范围呈线性关系;样品处理后可保存48h;方法重现性好,不同浓度标准溶液的相对标准偏差为0.88%~3.65%;样品加标回收率为95%-103%;方法的最低检出限为5.6ng/ml;当采气量为75L时,本法最低检测浓度0.037mg/m^3,方法选择性好。结论:此方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中锡的监测。Objective:To establish a method for determination of air stannum in workplace by hydride generator -atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods:The samples were detected according to "Standardization of metholds for determination of poisonous substance in workplace" experimenting in lab and locale. Results: The methold exhibited a linear relation within 5.6 - 300 ng/ml, the samples could be stored for 48 h after disposal. Precision (RSD) was 0. 88% - 3.65%, recovery of spiked samples was 95% - 103% and detection limit was 5.6 ng/ml. Concentration detection limit was 0. 037 mg/m^3 while sample collection was 75 L. And the methold had good selectivity. Conclusion:This methold is conformed with the requirements of "Standardization of metholds for determination of poisonous substance in workplace". It is feasible for determination of air stannum in workplace.
