摘  要:目的:探讨脂肪耐量试验对判断高甘油三酯血症的实验诊断价值。方法:62例健康机关工作人员为受试对象,分别在空腹状态和服脂肪负荷餐后8 h采集静脉血,测定血浆甘油三酯(TG)水平及其代谢水平,并判断富含甘油三酯脂蛋白(TRL)清除延迟发生率。结果:空腹TG水平男性和女性分别为1.72±1.07、1.33±0.82 mmol/L。男性和女性TRL清除延迟发生率分别为46.67%、53.15%。女性40岁以后TRL清除延迟发生率较高,与雌激素分泌减少有关。结论:机关工作人员TRL清除延迟发生率较高,与不合理膳食,运动量小,脂肪摄入/消耗不平衡有关,是Ⅳ型高脂蛋白血症的判断指标。脂肪耐量试验是判断高TG血症的临床实验诊断方法。Objective:To explore the laboratory diagnostic value to distinguish high triglycerideaemia. Methods. Sixty -two healthy clerks were enrolled as subjects. Blood samples at fasting and after fat loading meal were taken for monitoring the plasma triglyceride (TG). Results :TG levels in male and female were 1.72 ± 1.07,1.33 ± 0. 82 mmol/L. The incidence of delayed clearance of triglyceride - rich lipoproteins (TRL) was 46.67% ,53.15%. The incidence of delayed clearance of TRL was high in female than male, especially forty years later. Conclusion : Delayed clearance of TRL, a criterion for hyperlipidaemia type Ⅳ, is related to high fat diet. More incidence of the delayed clearance of TRL results from more uptake and less consumption for fat and lowers their fat clear capacity. Fat tolerance test (FTT) is a method to identify the fat clear capacity.
