摘　　要：目的了解新华医院近两年来肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率、分布和耐药状况。方法用ATB Expression鉴定仪鉴定菌株,K-B法做体外药敏试验,用双纸片扩散确诊法判定产ESBLs菌株。结果该院肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率较高,在痰液和气道分泌物中多见,对常用抗生素耐药率较高,产ESBLs菌株检出率高达41.4%,对除亚胺培南/西司他丁外其它抗生素与非产ESBLs菌株的比较耐药率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论该院肺炎克雷伯菌中产ESBLs菌株的阳性率较高,对常用杭生素的耐药率亦高,应引起临床的广泛重视。Objective To investigate the detection rate, distribution and drug resistance of the Klebsiella Pneumoniae in our hospital for the last two years. Method Bacterial strain were identified by ATB Expression bacteria analysis system,the in vitro susceptibility testing was assayed by Kirby-Bauer method, and ESBLs producing strain were detected by double-disc diffusion confirming test. Results The detection rate of Klbsiella pneumoniae in our hospital was high, especially those consisted in the sputum and exudation from trachea. The resistant rate of the Klebsiella pneumoniae was high,and the detection rate of ESBLs producing strain was 41.4%. The difference of drug resistant rate （except for Imipenem -Cilastatin Sodium） was significant beween the ESBLs-positive and ESBLsnegative（P〈0.01）, Conclusion The positive rate of the ESBLs producing etrain in Klebsiella pneumoniae is quite high, and the drug resistant rate is also high,so we must pay attention to these as a clinician.
