摘　　要：结合工作实践,介绍模拟示波器、数字存贮示波器、数字荧光示波器等三代示波器的概念、结构、工作原理及其特点,针对影响示波器价格的多种因素,如带宽、采样速率、内存深度等,讨论示波器的合理选取方法。针对第三代数字荧光示波器的应用特点,展望示波器的发展趋势。According the author＇s working experience, the conception, structure, principle and characteristics of 3 - era oscilloscopes, which are analog real time oscilloscope, digital storage oscilloscope and digital phosphor oscilloscopes are briefly introduced. Based on the price -decision factors as bandwidth, sampling rate and memory deepness, etc. , the choice tactic of oscilloscopes is discussed. Aiming at the typical characters of digital phosphor oscilloscopes, the future development of oscilloscopes is given in the end.
