废水中苯酚的测定方法研究

摘　　要：研究在pH为8.0的 NH3＊H2O-K2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液中4-氨基安替比林与苯酚的显色反应.在pH=8.0的缓冲溶液中,苯酚与4-氨基安替比林和铁氰化钾反应生成黄色染料, 用三氯甲烷萃取后,其λmax为460nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.1×10^4L·moL^-1·cm^-1.苯酚质量浓度在0～6mg/mL范围内服从比尔定律.本方法用于测定废水中的苯酚时,结果令人满意.The method of determining phenol is studied. In NH3 · H2O - K2HPO4 - KH2PO4 buffer solution of pH = 8.0, phenol can reacts with 4 - aminoantipyrin and potassium ferricyanide to form a yellow substance and can be determined by spectrophotometry at 460nm ,the apparent molar absorptivity 2.1 × 104L ·moL ^-1· cm ^-1 Beer＇ s law is obeyed for the mass concentration of phenol in the range of 0 - 6mg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of phenol in waster water with satisfactory results. Key words Spectrophotometry Phenol 4 -anfinoantipyrin Waster water
