硝化棉包覆催化剂球形药的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了悬浮法制备硝化棉包覆催化剂球形药的工艺方法，讨论了工艺过程中硝化棉溶解时间、质量分数、水和醋酸乙酯两相体积比以及球化釜转速对球形药假密度、中位粒径的影响。The dispersion procedure of preparing nitrocellulose ball propellant containing combustion catalyst was described and effects of concentration of nitrocelloluse (NC),dissolving time,volume ratio of water/solvent (R_(H_2O/RAC))and stirring rate onproperties of final products were investigated.The results show that the pseudodensity(ρ_b)and medium diameter(D_(50)) increase with the solution concentration and dissolving time of NC.The increase of R_(H_2O/RAC) and stirring rate led to increase ofρ_b and decrease of D_(50).
