摘 要:以硫酸高铈为催化剂,通过苯乙醛和乙二醇反应合成了新型香料苯乙醛乙二醇缩醛,研究了各有关因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明,硫酸高铈是合成苯乙醛乙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,在醛醇物质的摩尔比为1:1.5,催化剂用量为0.2g/0.1mol苯乙醛,反应时间60min的条件下,苯乙醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达96.3%。Phenylacetaldehyde ethylenglycol acetal was synthesized from phenylacetaldehyde and ethylenglycol using cerium sulfate as catalyst. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions were: molar ratio of phenylacetaldehyde to ethylenglycol was 1:1. 5, the amount of catalyst was 0.2g/0.1mol phenylacetaldehyde, the reaction time was 60min. Cerium sulfate was a good catalyst for synthesizing phenylacetaldehyde ethylenglycol acetal and its yield would reach over 96,3%.
