自流浇注料在高炉气封罩内衬上的应用

摘  要:介绍了自流浇注料的研制和应用.针对气封罩的服役条件及施工要求,研究了微粉种类及加入量、减水剂、颗粒级配、骨料形状和混练时间等对流动性的影响.结果表明,随着硅微粉、减水剂加入量的增加,自流浇注料流动值增大.骨料形状越规则,自流值越大.临界粒度为8mm的自流浇注料最佳颗粒级配为:8~5mm:5—3mm:3—1mm=3:4:3;8—1mm:1—0.045mm:0.045—0mm=4:2:4.通过改进莫来石质低水泥浇注料不用振动实现浇注的施工性能并保持了低水泥浇注料的关键特性,采用莫来石自流浇注料代替传统的粘土质喷涂料,并用自流浇注的方式代替传统的喷涂方式来打结气封罩内衬,使重钢五高炉气封罩的使用寿命提高了8倍以上.Preparation and application of the new type serf-flow tastable fire resistance material are reported. Aiming at the problem that the life of the gas cover of blast furnace is very short, it was researched that effect of the addition of micro-powder, the addition of dispersant, the composition of grains, tastable particle shape on the properties of materials. The results show that the flow rate of the materials increases when the adding of silicon micro-powders and water reducing agents increase ; the more large the flow rate of the materials is, the more rule of the particles are. In this experiment optimal size distribution is 8 - 5 mm: 5- 3 mm :3 - 1 mm = 3:4 : 3 ; 8- 1 mm : 1 - 0.045 mm :0. 045 - 0 mm = 4 : 2:4. The mullite seff-flow tastable materials have a good properties and it does not need vibration in the process. Through the mullite self-flow tastable replacing clay gunning mix and the casting way replacing the gunning way to build the line of gas cover, the life of blast furnace atomseal in Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. was increased by 8 times.
