新型胶片挤出成型机组的研发与特点

摘　　要：对新型胶片挤出成型机组的应用领域、基本组成、工作原理和主要技术参数等进行了简要的说明,指出为了能够使该机组的性能得以充分的发挥,在其结构上采用了大量的新技术、新材料以及先进的控制技术和元件,文章阐述了该机组的6大创新点。从而说明新型胶片挤出成型工艺及其机组是胶片生产工艺和设备的发展方向。The application fields, basic composition, working principles and main technical parameters of the. new type rubber sheet extrusion molding units was provided. In order to make full use of performance of the units, lots of new technologies,new materials and advanced control methods were applied in structure. Finally, six innovations of the units were summarized . According to explanations, it could be regarded as the developing trend of rubber sheet production.
