摘　　要：概述了分散自律调度集中系统与传统调度集中系统的区别,分析了分散自律调度集中系统的结构,并根据《铁道部分散自律调度集中系统技术条件(暂行)》,对传统调度集中系统进行调整和改善,提出调整的方法。在Java语言的基础上,用软件模拟实现其功能。Have summed up and dispersed and contained the difference between the centralized traffic control system of distributed autonomic and traditional centralized traffic control sysrem,the structure of the centralized traffic control system of distributed autonomic is analysed,and according to＂condition of centralized traffic control system of distributed autonomic＂which ministry of railways put forward,improre it. On the basis of java, the function with software simulation is realized.
