摘  要:铁素体耐热钢以其优良的综合性能而成为超高临界压发电厂锅炉管用钢的首选材料并得到广泛的应用。随着世界能源危机及环境保护问题的日益突出,超高临界压发电对铁素体耐热钢的耐热温度提出了更高的要求。介绍了铁素体耐热钢的发展概况及研究现状,从材料的开发、性能、组织结构和生产应用等方面对目前世界上发电厂采用的典型钢种做了全面阐述。在对T91高温下强化机理与弱化机理研究的基础上从形变热处理等方面着手探讨了新的高温强化途径,为铁素体耐热钢的发展指明了方向。Ferritic heat resistant steels have been recognized as the preferable materials and have been widely used in advanced power plants in view of excellent properties. There is a great demand for it to make further improvement on the working temperature in order to decrease fuel consumption, cost, and protect environment. Development and investigation results of ferritic heat resistant steels are introduced, and its types are reviewed from many aspects, such as the material development, property, microstructure and practical performance, etc. On the base of strengthening and weakening mechanism of T91 at high temperature, the new strengthening method is discussed from the thermomechanieal treatment (TMT) for the further development of ferritic heat resistant steels.
