摘　　要：现代高技术局部战争是以制信息权为特征的不对称战争,虽与传统的战争有着迥然不同的特点,战争的突然性、残酷性、短暂性都是人类战争史上空前绝后的,但涉及战争的一些基本形式仍然未变。毛泽东人民战争的军事思想在指导我们如何夺取现代高技术局部战争胜利的实践中将具有新的历史意义。The modem high technique local war is the dissymmetry war which is of the characteristics controling infomation power. Although it has different characteristics from traditional war, the abruptness, ruthlessness and brief that the war results in are the 1st time all over human war history, and some basic forms involved did not change yet. The military thouglit of Mao zedong＇ s people war has the new Iristory meaning in leading us to win the modem high technique local war.
