跨境货车司机AIDS/STD追踪式健康教育干预研究

摘　　要：目的研究针对来往深圳香港之间的跨境货车司机及其异性伴侣AIDS/STD进行追踪式健康教育的干预效果,探讨建立有效的健康教育模式。方法选择深圳口岸附近跨境货车男性司机89名和休闲娱乐场所高危女性97名,对两组人员进行为期18个月共9次AIDS/STD知识健康教育干预。干预前后分别进行现场、电话或邮件方式的AIDS/STD知识问卷调查。对两组长期追踪式健康教育干预前后的评分值进行比较,分析两组干预前后AIDS/STD知识、安全性行为和STD患病状况。结果长期追踪式健康教育干预前后,两组AIDS/STD知识差异有显著性(P<0.01),且评分值随干预次数的增多而增加。干预前后的安全性行为情况仅有部分改善(P<0.01或P>0.05)。干预前一年和干预期末一年,两组STD罹患率明显低于干预前,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论采用长期追踪式健康教育干预,可明显提高其知识结构和安全性行为观,有利于降低目标人群STD罹患率。Objective To investigate the results of tracing intervention of health education on the control of AIDS/STI） among truck drivers running between Hongkong and Shenzhen and their sexual companions and explore the proper model of AIDS/STD health education for this population. Methods 89 male truck drivers and 97 female sexual companions of them were selected and 9 times of AIDS/STD health education were given in 18 months. Questionaire surveys on the resul＇ts of AIDS/STD knowledge , safe sexual behavior and infectious condition of STD were also conducted before and after health education. Results AIDS/STD knowledge levels were significantly higher before the intervention than that after intervention between and in the ,two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）, But the safe sexual behaviors was only partially improved （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〉 0.05）. The infection rate of STD was significantly reduced after the intervention P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion AIDS/STD knowledge level can be enhanced, the safe sexual behavior be improved and the infection rate of STD be redfaced by tracing health education intervention on target population.
