摘  要:Ru(bpy)3^2+ electrochemiluminescence (ECL) was applied to determine quercetin. It was found that ECL intensity of Ru(bpy)3^2+ could be enhanced in the presence of quercetin in basic solution, and the enhanced light emission intensity was proportional to the concentration of quercetin over the range of 1×10^-6 mol/L to 2×10^4 mol/L.Ru(bpy)3^2+ electrochemiluminescence (ECL) was applied to determine quercetin. It was found that ECL intensity of Ru(bpy)3^2+ could be enhanced in the presence of quercetin in basic solution, and the enhanced light emission intensity was proportional to the concentration of quercetin over the range of 1×10^-6 mol/L to 2×10^4 mol/L.
