摘  要:目的探讨武警干部群体的人格特征和心理健康状况。方法应用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某部195名干部进行心理测查。结果(1)有轻度以上心理问题的干部占21.03%;(2)干部的神经质、精神质与内外向人格特征为中间型,较为成熟;(3)EPQ得分与SCL-90的相关分析表明,干部中情绪不稳定和精神质越明显者,倾向于出现更多的心理健康问题,但很少见。结论(1)武警干部存在范围较小、程度较轻的心理健康问题;(2)武警干部人格是健全的;(3)必须重视武警干部心理健康教育和良好的人格培养,目前开展的心理教育活动已取得一定效果;(4)对预提干部进行心理测查是必要的。Objective To study the personality characteristics and the mental health condition of officers in Chinese People's Armed Police Forees(CAPF).Methods Eysenck Personality Question- naire (EPQ) and Symptom Distress Checklist - 90 (SCL- 90) were used to test 195 officers of CAPF. Results (1)21.03 % of the officers have some minor mental health problems. (2)The officers' personality traits in the three scales of EPQ are in the middle range,but the validity in the L scale is as high as in the middle range. (3)Analyzing the scores obtained from EPQ and that from SCL-90, we find that the more instable the officers'emotion is and the more obvious their psyche matter is, the more mental healty problems would they have,and the more prominent their mental problems tend to be, but their number is small. Conduions (1)Minor mental problems exist in a small number of officers of CAPF. (2)The personalities of the officers of CAPF are sound. (3) Stress should be put on both their mental health education and personality training. Positive effect of the mental health education in CAPF has been shown. (4)It is necessary to test the level of mental health of the officers who are going to be appointed in CAPF.
