摘 要:小模数仪表圆弧齿轮是仪器仪表等精密机械中最主要的传动部件之一,其齿形参数相对较复杂,因此相应的共轭滚刀齿形计算也较复杂和繁琐,给实际应用带来困难。阐述了以Visual Au-toLISP的应用工具为载体,结合DCL语言开发用户界面,以AutoCAD2004为平台,开发小模数仪表圆弧齿轮及其滚刀齿形的参数化设计软件的方法,编制了相应程序,极大地简化了小模数仪表圆弧齿轮及其滚刀的设计计算,有利于提高设计效率及精度。Small module instnnnental circarc gear is one of the most important parts in the transmission of accurate machinery, such as clocks. The tooth form of small module gear is very complex and its hob possesses many parameters which are very complicated and tedious to be calculated. The calculation of parameters brings great difficulty for practical application. This article explains how to develop parametric design software for the small module instrumental circarc gear and its hob by taking the applied tool of the visual AutoLISP as the cartier, combining the DCL language to develop user interface. The parametric design software greatly simplify the design calculation processing of the small module instrumental circarc gear and its hob. It is also advantageous to the exaltation of design efficiency and accuracies.
