变形轴机械定心基准面位置的分析与计算

摘  要:应用几何图形,分析了变形轴中心孔与其最大内接圆柱体的关系;建立数学模型,计算了变形轴打中心孔时机械定心基准面的最佳位置。计算结果表明:机械定心基准面的最佳位置与轴的长度成正比,与轴的直径和弯曲扰度无关,对所有圆柱轴具有通用性。计算结果为圆柱体加工中心孔实现机械化装夹,并从变形轴中切出最大内接圆柱体,提供了理论依据;对纠正圆柱轴弯曲变形,减少加工余量,提高生产效率和加工精度具有实用意义。Applying geometric figures, the paper analyzed the relationship between the central holes and the maximum inscribed cylinder of a deformed shaft;Building mathematical modes, the paper calculated the optimum position of the machine-centering datum-plane of the deformed shaft in being cut central holes. The calculated result shows that the optimum position of the machine-centering datum-plane is directly proportional to the length of the shaft, and is not relative to the diameter and curved deflection of the shaft, and is suitable to all cylindrical shafts. The result provides the theoretical basis for realizing the mechanization of positioning and clamping of the shaft in being cut central holes and for cutting the maximum inscribed cylinder from the deformed shaft, and has practical use to correcting the curved deformation of the shaft and reducing the allowance of the shaft and raising the productive efficiency and machining precision of the shaft.
