摘 要:生命科学是当今科学研究的一个重要领域,本文针对奶牛血液检测这一研究课题,根据荧光分析技术,采用图像采集系统,对奶牛血液的荧光特性进行了研究,研究了正常和异常奶牛血液经不同的光激发后所产生的荧光及其变化情况。初步结果表明,异常奶牛血液的荧光强度比正常奶牛血液的荧光强度强。提出通过对奶牛血液的荧光强度进行分析,将其应用于奶牛疾病诊断这一国内外较少涉足的研究课题。本文提出的奶牛血液荧光强度分析方法具有检测方便、分析简单、快速、易于推广等优点。Sciences of life is nowadays an important field of scientific research . The analysis technique of fluorescence is adopted to study the intensity of excitation fluorescence of cow blood in the present paper. The differences had been studied on intensity of excitation fluorescence of normal and abnormal cow blood with the different excitation wavelength, preliminary result indicate fluorescence intensity of abnormal cow blood is stronger than fluorescence intensity of normal cow blood, This paper puts forward applying fluorescence intensity of cow blood analysis technology to this research subject less likely to be set foot in both at home and abroad of diagnosis on cow disease. Fluorescence intensity of cow blood analysis technology is presented in this paper, it is convenient and easy to popularize, meanwhile it has the merit of analyses simple fast.
