摘 要:根据碳纤维复合材料孔隙率的脉冲反射法超声检测原理,假设复合材料中除孔隙外没有其他缺陷,各衰减影响因素间相互独立,将超声传播系统看作线性系统,建立了超声测试能量衰减模型和孔隙率计算模型.利用脉冲发射式超声测量系统和显微照相分析系统获得超声衰减数据和孔隙率数据,给出了基于模型的孔隙率拟合公式.分析结果表明,基于模型的拟合公式可用于碳纤维复合材料孔隙率的超声衰减测试计算,其结果可达到一般实际工程测试的精度要求.The principle of carbon fiber composites (CFC) porosity test based on ultrasonic pulse-echo wavelet was depicted. Based on the principle, supposing that the ultrasonic attenuation system was a linear system, the attenuation influencing factors were independent, and there was only void flaw in CFC, an ultrasonic attenuation model of CFC was established. A porosity calculation model was then educed. The attenuation data acquired by the ultrasonic pulse-echo measurement system and the porosity data measured by the microscope system yield an empirical formula based on the porosity calculation model. The calculation result shows that the formula is practical for CFC porosity test and that the calculation precision can meet general requirements.
