摘　　要：目的:旨在回顾此类药物的进展和临床评价以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索和采用中、外文献的综述。结果及结论:伴随对哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病认识的更新,吸入性肾上腺皮质激素疗效确切,在治疗支气管哮喘、气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作期的治疗价值已得到大多数学者的肯定与共识。OBJECTIVE： The aim of our study was to review the progress and to conduct clinical evaluation of the inhaled ACH,in order to provide some references for rational drug use in the clinic . METHODS： We retrieved and adopted literature review at home and abroad. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： With the renewing of people＇ s recognition of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD）, the therapeutic value of the inhaled ACH for bronchial asthma, tracheitis, COPD during the period of onset has been widely confirmed by the majority of scholars.
